The Revenant
John Robertson wanted to be remarkable; to either be a hero or die as one. He failed at both, shot through the heart during a poker game. He was the first in the bayou to find himself at a crossroads, and one of the few who chose the road back to life, guided by the chanting of the Night Speaker.
